Spaghetti Meatball.....finally the recipe

Yong: I should have posted the meatball recipe on the last Sunday night after Aqie's birthday bash but I was so lazy to log on so I just let it go by..........:op


450g minced meat (or mixture with meat & chicken or any meat that you love)
1/2 cup white bread crumbs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese-shredded
chopped parsley( I use celery & spring onion)
1/2 clove garlic
1 egg

1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil

1) Combine meat with the above ingredients, stir in the seasoning. Mix well with your ten fingers, I love do that!
2) Divide mixture into small equal portion and form into balls. You can refrigerated and fry whenever you want. This recipe can also be use to make burger too!
3) Fry in hot oil over medium low heat until golden and cooked through.

You can enjoy the meatball on its own or put in your favourite spaghetti sauce.

Aqie: This is how we made meat into ball........

Since the spaghetti sauce has finished, we made fried spaghetti and meatball instead.

While we were busy making the meatball, someone also busy on the other part of the kitchen.
